Jay Obernolte represents the 33rd Assembly District in the California State Legislature. He is also the founder and owner of FarSight Studios, a videogame developer located in Big Bear Lake, California. He has been flying high-performance aircraft for over 20 years and holds an Airline Transport Pilot's license as well as commercial licenses for helicopters and seaplanes. Jay is also a Flight Instructor with type ratings in many single-pilot jets. Jay worked with Brazilian aircraft manufacturer Embraer as a member of its Pilot Advisory Board during the development of the Phenom 300 that he flies as the Reno jet pace plane.
